I was very excited to receive my desk, but upon opening the box, I noticed that there was a huge chip missing on the top. I contacted the customer service and was told that they would contact me within a day or two. I still have not received any email regarding any resolution. I am at the point that I just want to return the desk and ask for a refund. I was surprised that Perigold was affiliated with Wayfair. I have actually had better luck with Wayfair than Perigold. I do not like to give negative reviews. My hope is that someone will actually respond to me regarding this issue.

An astounding piece of furniture, this beautiful desk is the finest item received in over a decade of shopping with Wayfair. Now, any item branded Kelly Clarkson Home is a nod to quality. Not all are this perfect, but it set a high bar.
