Arrived quickly and in good shape. The upholstered seat is covered with plastic for protection. The legs easily twist on with the provided hardware. Sturdy and cute. But it's not 18" from floor to the seat top. It's 16". Normal chairs are 18"-23", floor to top of seat. So, it sits low.
