Bad design and very awkward bolt and washer inserts to piece it together.

Terrible to put together. We are still working to install the screws after two hours. Just impossible. You have less than 12 turn with the Allen wrench. You think you are making progress and then then screw just comes out. The legs screw opening is too small and curved so the bolt and washer will not go flush. We should have left off the spring and washer but now they are half installed. Nightmare. Nightmare. I don’t understand how Perigold would even sell this product. We are still working!!
