The quality and construction of this piece is phenomenal. I have been searching for years for the perfectly sized furniture piece to fit my narrow entry way, and this one ticked all the boxes. This piece looks even better in person.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture that I was looking forward to using not only as a storage cabinet but also as a decorative piece of furniture. Through no fault of Perigold, it was sent by the manufacturer very poorly protected and one of the legs arrived in pieces. Perigold picked up the damaged item and immediately refunded my payment. I elected to not have it reshipped as I was worried the same thing would happen again.

As you know, this item was badly damaged, but I replaced it with another piece and it arrived in good shape. But, the 2nd piece was not in a box so we have no box to return this one back to you. You have pictures of the damage. Can someone pick it up?

This is a beautiful cabinet, but unfortunately is not built to withstand the shipping. Three of the four top corners had crushing damage that was not showing on the box or styrofoam packing material, which means it was either an open box situation that Wayfair sent out again by mistake or it happened at the factory during packing. The interior door stops were also ripped off somehow, damaging the wood piece they were screwed into and leaving us unable to reattach the door stops. That being said, the manufacturer gave us every option to replace the cabinet but we decided to just keep it and accept a partial refund, as it still is a solid and useful cabinet and for what we need it for the damage doesn't negate its functionality. If undamaged, it would be a beautiful addition to any room. The manufacturer is very helpful and obviously customer service is very important to them, which I always appreciate. Hopefully they can fix their packaging process to ensure damage doesn't occur.
