The chair is damaged. It slants to the right side. The swivel base is bent so that you feel like you’re going to tip out of the chair when you sit down. Your customer service is young, inexperienced, and unhelpful. I have complained to my CC company and filed a purchase protection claim. Will never shop at any of your sites again!
