I love the chair! I especially like the fact that when reclining my feet are securely on the extension, rather than hanging over as is the case with so many recliners. I also love, love the style!

Top quality but a lot bigger and darker in color than I expected. Returned the chair and even though it was basically “buyer’s remorse”, Wayfair waived the pick-up fee. I’ve done a lot of business with Wayfair, a good company in all respects, and will continue to shop through them.

The chair is very high quality and beautiful. Bradington Young is a very nice brand with high quality furniture. Wayfair also provides great customer service with good communication on their corporate side. I will say, though, that the local delivery company sourced by Wayfair was subpar. They did not show up and were unable to be reached, so I had to reschedule through Wayfair a week later. The local company did not call the day of rescheduled delivery and just showed up. They were not careful with my chair, either, and there are some scuffs. The box they brought it in was quite beat up. I dont expect to have this happen when paying for an expensive piece of furniture.

I love this chair. The only reason I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is that it will take more of a wear-in period than I would have expected. Otherwise it is beautiful. One thing to note also is that the delivery was somewhat chaotic in that the delivery had to be rescheduled and then without notifying me, Wayfair rescheduled it on their own to a different day.
