I love this dresser and the matching nightstands! They're all very heavy, sturdy, unique pieces of furniture that seem like they will last a long time, and they're absolutely gorgeous (I got the navy green color, which shows up better on the nightstand photo than the dresser photo due to the light). The drawers open and close smoothly, but keep in mind that they have a safety feature that does not allow two drawers on the same side to be opened at once. There's a way to bypass this in the manual, but it definitely concerned me before I figured out what was happening. The other thing to keep in mind is the usable amount of drawer space. It's definitely less than what I had before, but it's still worth it to me because of how pretty it is. The one downside for me is the smell. The furniture has a strong chemical smell that I'm hoping will dissipate fully over time. I don't smell it in the room, but I do smell it in my clothing, which is a little annoying. I've had it for two months now and it's getting to be less and less, which is encouraging.

We got a lemon of a dresser. First drawer broke within 6 months. We complained, and was told that the drawer could not be replaced. We fixed it ourselves. 2nd and then 3rd drawer broke around month 12... which was the warrantee limit. So, we're stuck with a difficult piece of furniture to throw out.
