Bernhardt provides no enhanced warranty for fabrics and only warrants fabrics to the extent that such fabrics are covered by the fabric supplier’s warranty provided to Bernhardt. Bernhardt warrants protection against abnormal loss of resiliency of the upholstered furniture for three years. This warranty does not cover colorfastness, shrinkage, wrinkling, and stretching. Bernhardt warrants against manufacturing defects of frames and springs for lifetime. Bernhardt warrants against manufacturing defects of the: (i) black metal, patented parts of non-electronic reclining mechanisms for three years, (ii) the parts of electronic reclining mechanisms for one year, and (iii) the sleeper mechanism for three years. Bernhardt warrants against manufacturing defects and the loss of foam resiliency of the innerspring sleeper mattress, excluding cover, for five years.

It’s perfect for the space. The color & size are what I anticipated. I’ve order the matching chair 1/2 & hope the legs are the same color as the ottoman since I was not able to select the leg color of either piece. The leg color matched the chair and a half. Love this piece for our tv nook.

Communication and tracking was very thorough and professional. The item was packaged in protective materials and easy to unwrap. The location of drop off was at my front porch in a covered area which was great.
