Absolutely love the chair! However I had a horrible delivery experience itself when selecting “white glove” delivery, resulting in unnecessary damage to my doorframe and unprofessional conduct when trying to document / rectify the situation. While I love the chair, would think twice in the future about ordering “white glove delivery” from wayfair - would have resulted in less damage had I done it myself.

Absolutely loved these chairs! Hated to return them! But I needed a recliner. So I bought 2 Bernhardt recliners! Thank you Wayfair!
