The first bench arrived damaged. I was very happy with the customer service from Wayfair. They allowed us to attempt to repair it and gave us half of the value and then when the repair did not last they refunded entirely. I ordered it again. it came in perfect Condition. It is a very neutral bench and blends with the room very well and has worn well.

The material is a very soft calf hide. Beautiful color. My only complaint was one of the legs was made at an angle and the first bench had to be replaced. It was done rapidly but I had to package and return the old one which was a pain as it in not a small item.
