The first one came damaged, the second one came in even worse condition (leg was broken off and it's unusable) and now I see that I am not being given full credit even though none of this was MY FAULT!! I have spent thousands with you over the last few months and find this to be unacceptable. I will NOT shop with you again and will NOT recommend to friends and family.
