The finish is coming off and Bernhardt will not return my emails or phone calls. After doing some research I've learned Bernhardt customer care does not actually exist. There are so many customers experiencing the same issue. I will NOT purchase a Bernhardt product again. BTW, Perigold has told me I am on my own with Bernhardt.
