Well first of all the bed was delivered but now with white glove service nor did guys have glove on ...a few marks were added on the white bed for that reason.. Second. supposedly not all the screws to put bed together were in with the bed frame so bed is still on the floor waiting to be put together.. Calledl Perigold told them the problems,, said they would contact Bernhardt and ask for another package of tools/parts and assembly instructions to be sent to me... 8 days have gone by and I have not heard back from Perigold nor have I received any new parts or instructions for this bed ... It requires 2 people to lift headboard & to install so now supposedly I have to hire someone else to put it together.. So much for White glove service, which was not good ..... Perigold did offer some credit off ,, which will only be able to use to hire new installers.. IF THEY ever get the parts delivered to me...NOT HAPPY

Beautiful bed! Super luxurious looking and regal! Was delivered and installed, which made things very easy! I would definitely recommend this bed!

Absolutely beautiful. The box was a little beat up and some of the wood had splintered onto the fabric. Despite that this may be one of my favorite beds I have ordered and I am an interior designer. Timeless elegance.
