1st order arrived damaged. White glove service did not show up on day replacement order was scheduled for (despite texting that am “your order will arrive”). When the 2nd order was received it was discovered after white glove left the footboard is damaged and nailheads show thru. Very cheap looking. Still waiting for replacement footboard. Perigold is going down hill.

Lovely roomy piece. Nice finish. Only downside is due to size & center pull, it is challenging to open when in bed. Would not get extra wide center pull nightstand again

Bernhardt warrants protection against abnormal loss of resiliency of the upholstered furniture for three years. This warranty does not cover colorfastness, shrinkage, wrinkling, and stretching. Bernhardt warrants against manufacturing defects of frames and springs for lifetime. Bernhardt warrants against manufacturing defects of the: (i) black metal, patented parts of non-electronic reclining mechanisms for three years; (ii) the parts of electronic reclining mechanisms for one year; and (iii) the sleeper mechanism for three years. Bernhardt warrants against manufacturing defects and the loss of foam resiliency of the innerspring sleeper mattress, excluding cover, for five years.
