Original sofa was delivered damaged. Wayfair responded promptly with replacement, however the damaged sofa tore up my existing area rug. Wayfair has been giving me the run around in compensating me for the damaged rug. Was it worth it getting this expensive item through Wayfair - Absolutely not!
