Excellent Quality, design and details are great complement to the quality..

Worst experience and really disappointed with Wayfair’s customer service. The first bed came broken in pieces. While waiting on the replacement, we slept on a mattress for almost two weeks because the resolution specialist said the only two options were to refund us or order a replacement; nothing for the inconvenience but a 10% coupon for a future order. The second bed came missing several screws. We could no longer sleep on just a mattress, so we accepted. When I sent pictures of the missing screws for the bed, the resolution specialist stated she needed more pictures. We will buy the screws ourselves. This was the most frustrating purchase we have ever made.
