The dresser drawers would not open/close/slide easily. I called Perigold to report the issue and and I was given the choice of exchanging the dresser or having it repaired. The item is now backordered, so I thought I'd try a repair first. An appointment was scheduled for repair immediately. I have been travelling and not been able to check the repair results, but will be doing so in a few days. I'll report back then.
