The couch is beautiful and as described. The delivery was awful. I received zero communication from delivery company. Came home to find it left on my driveway. Packaging was messed up. Couch has dirty spots and I am going to have to figure out how to get them out. My husband and I had to move it in the home. I am not strong and it was a struggle. I thought i was getting white glove delivery. I got a drive by dump off
