Great quality. However the headboard design is much less organic than depicted in the pictures and it took a very long time to arrive

It is absolutely beautiful it looks much better in person than it does on the picture.

GORGEOUS BED !! Super nice guys delivered and put our bed together without a hitch, Very conscietous. The bed upholstery is defintely a dark grey quality fabric. The headboard teak is a med gray. Which works for us. The photos colors appear a taupe color, which is not what it is. The headboard design with is teak slices is a show stopper. Our property is surrounded by a nature preserve, which makes this teak design blend perfectly with it's surroundings. Very Happy ! Worth every dollar.

I had to wait 7 months for my bed to arrive, and when I purchased it, they said it would arrive in 4-5 weeks. It was not on backorder at the time. They sent an email giving me instructions on delivery, and it was within 5 weeks, but the bed never arrived. I called and they just kept bumping the delivery adding weeks at a time, stringing me along. I would have just cancelled, but I had my heart set on this bed and I kept believing them. This was the worst experience I have had not only with Wayfair, but any furniture store ever! When it arrived, it was well packaged and easy to put together. Not easy to move because the backboard is HEAVY. I am also not completely satisfied with this bed. Not due to poor qualityconstruction. It is a solid bed and the pieces come together tightly. However, the color is MUCH darker than pictured and very disappointing. Furthermore, my pieces of teak were not as unique as the ones in the photo, I got mostly plain circular cuts. That didnt bother me as much as the color being completely different. I called to find out if they made two colors and I was sent the wrong one, or if their photo is misrepresenting the color. They said they only carried one color and if I tried to exchange, it may arrive and be the same color as the one I got. I would also have to wait months to get it since it was on backorder. To say completely disappointing is an understatement. I have attached a photo of my headboard and what Wayfair shows it as for comparison. I decided to keep it because I wanted this entire ordeal over. But now I have to change everything I painted and purchased (nightstands etc) to adjust the entire color scheme. The color is a very dark brown, almost black.
