This chair is cheaply made with shoddy stitching. The legs were wobbly and the whole chair felt like it would fall apart. This was put together by their delivery team. I am sending this back.

The survey asked to rate the item based on delivery experience. The delivery was 1+ hours past the original delivery window of time. We were pressed for time once the delivery arrived. The delivery person was very nice but had a time installing the back of one of the recliners. Unfortunately, I didn’t know it at the time - but the leather was torn where the back was installed incorrectly. When we came home later that evening to use the chair, we realized the back was incorrectly installed. When fixing we noticed the rip. Unfortunately, I certified via delivery sign off that there was no damage to the chair because the rip is you is not visible until the back is removed —- but if not fixed the rip will spread/become visible over time. As well, the tops of the back feet stick out from the chair (left and right feet - both chairs) but are not painted on top. I will have to fix both issues. I sought out this recliner because of style and comfort. I don’t normally spend $1550 on a chair - but had these mishaps not occurred, this would have been a 5 star review. ;’(
