I ordered this sofa in the pink blush color. I also ordered the matching loveseat. The color is beautiful. The sofa is very soft and comfortable. Delivery was faster than I expected. There is a mark on the left arm. I am sure that Wayfair will make it right, like usual, so I am not worried. I highly recommend the Addison Recessed Sofa and Loveseat.

I ordered this couch and waited 6 weeks for it to be custom made. As you can see from my photos, an arm chair was delivered instead. Neither Wayfair nor Bernhardt, the company that made the sofa, admits anything is wrong or has offered me anything other than the ability to wait 8 weeks for another couch when I have no understanding of what went so wrong in the first place and if it could happen again. I would not order any custom furniture from a 3rd party off Wayfair because you too risk being at the mercy of two companies who take no accountability for poor service. And this is after spending 10k plus with Wayfair as a business owner over the past 6 months.
