The color of the wood is quite light. The quality is excellent.

Great product and competitive price

The photos and description of the color of wood are not accurate. In real life, the wood grain does not show and this does not have a whitewashed finish as the photo suggests. It is simply painted a yellowish ivory and distressed on the edges. Nice, sturdy piece, but color definitely not as pictured.

The nightstand is very sturdy and has a beautiful finish. I would highly recommend it.
