The silver surface was rough and unfinished in parts.

Love this table! Just received last night and I was so pleased with it. It’s is the perfect gold finish color and is just the right size to fit in the corner between the ends of the couch and love seat. I’m so happy with it and think it will be really versatile with however I change up other decor.
