This piece is too big to go up a standard set of stairs in our home. Which is weird since it’s really common for a dresser to be on the second floor of a home….anywho it sat at our front door for almost a MONTH before Wayfair sent someone to pick it up, which was wild. All that to say, don’t buy this dresser unless you want it on the ground level of your home.

Three attempted deliveries, all three deliveries with broken leg(s). The delivery teams were great and careful to unload; however, the construction of the legs is a complete bust. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DRESSER unless you want to be completely disappointed!!!!!!!

5 stars for the dresser. 1 star for delivery. The dresser is beautiful, solid and well made. Has plenty of room for two people to share. My husband and I consolidated from two dressers down to this one and had plenty of room. Comes fully assembled. As for shipping. We paid extra to have it delivered in room of choice. The delivery guys didn’t even have a hand cart to get the item off the truck and into our home. Second they couldn’t get the box up the stairs to our bedroom- again had they had a hand cart this could have been possible as it’s a heavy piece. We suggested opening the box and removing the drawers to make it lighter to move. They said once the box is opened they cannot move it as they are liable for damages. Fail. We got a refund for ‘room of choice’ delivery. My husband had to call a friend over to help move the dresser. We took the drawers out for lighter transport and they had it upstairs in less than 5 minutes. Wayfair better figure out their operations or else they are going to lose money with poor delivery service and inconvenience to the customer.

This dresser is well made. Its very heavy and sturdy. The wood is a bit warmer than expected but not egregious. The details are thoughtful and the soft closed drawers are a nice plus. Its hard to buy things online but this dresser is really nice and one that we hope to keep for a long time.
