I received my Kent sofa, this morning promptly at 9:20 a.m. my window was 7 to 11. The movers were polite, & came with booties ( shoes aren’t worn inside) they set up couch , I inspected it, they removed all wrapping & were finished by 9:30. My sofa is comfortable & nice & long. BEAUTIFUL!!
