It was packaged really well so there was no damage. Colors and specs in the listing are true to life. It's comfortably firm (not hard./, but not a sink-in, cloud-like chair). Delivery team was fantastic and on time. Shipping was less than estimated.

Love the scale it’s pretty comfortable, the only thing I noticed was when I sat down the upholstery was a little bit loose.

Chaise is very nice. Back is lower to the ground than expected.
