It is durable, heat-resistant porcelain that was made from environmentally friendly raw materials, which is important for tableware. It stays almost the same for a long time: white and shiny. 'Martinelli Natur' represents the polish of porcelain and the delicate lines of the Toile de Jouy pattern that adorns all the tableware in the collection. This is an exquisite floral ornament in monochrome, applied by hand using the decal technique on each item. For this, the Rosenthal Creative Centre took photographs of pieces of the legendary exposed concrete butterfly roof and placed them on a wall plate with a 3D effect. The collection’s accentuated red tone, which is depicted on the glass plates and as a dot on the porcelain, was inspired by a railing at the factory.
