Maria gets a new look. For the first time in its more than 100-year history, Rosenthal's successful collection is now available in a contemporary version called "Maria en Vogue" with colored glazes. The delicate pastel colors emphasize the romantic vintage touch of the shape. The triumph of the "Maria" shape began in 1916. The service was named after the wife of the company founder Philipp Rosenthal, who married 35-year-younger Maria in 1916. "Maria" stands for porcelain history and table culture. Presumably created as a replica of a silver tea service, this polygonal dinnerware shape with the characteristic edge relief in the form of a fruit garland became the most extensive Rosenthal service. In 1939, there were already more than 170 different items, from bone dishes to knife banks and decorative corks. Even today, more than 70 different individual pieces are available. Some love stories are so beautiful that they are hard to believe. Like the one between Philipp Rosenthal and his wife Maria. It so happens that the privy councilor was so infatuated with her that he quickly named a porcelain set after her – without knowing that it would one day become a best-seller, selling millions of copies. To this day Maria remains one of the most extensive tableware collections with around 100 pieces. Its classic form and the elegant fruit relief around the rim make it a stand-out collection. "Maria" is a classic service that has already become a legend. For generations, it was the porcelain of choice at weddings and other celebrations. The model for its characteristic shape was a silver teapot dating back to around 1815, which company founder Philipp Rosenthal brought back from England and had remade in porcelain in honor of his wife, the French Countess Maria de Bourges. Timelessly beautiful and gracious - the Rosenthal classic Maria from 1916 is still a dazzling style icon in 2023. Dream Blue draws on influences from fashion and the elegant interiors of the past and highlights the famous relief of pomegranates and olive branches for a stylish mix of colors.

We've given our iconic Muse collection a facelift. Actually, more like a de-face lift. Subversive signs and symbols rendered in glittering gold adorn the glossy high fired porcelain pieces—signature favorites with the glamour cranked up to 11. A kiss of cool for your morning cuppa, afternoon tea, or late-night toddy. Inspired by Gala, wife, and muse of surrealist painter and printmaker, Salvador DalÃ. Jonathan sculpts and throws the models for our Muse pottery and then substitutes our signature geometric relief patterns with body parts—faces, breasts, lips—to create a surreal style. Pieces are inspired by our favorite artists' muses.

On this hand-painted 26 cl Blue Fluted Mega Thermal Mug, a magnified palmetto grows from a blooming chrysanthemum in an eye-catching pattern. The mug's inner and outer layer forms a cavity, ensuring that the porcelain does not conduct heat. The mug is ideal both as a coffee mug and as a tea mug. Blue Fluted Mega is comfortingly familiar yet surprisingly refreshing. Born from a bold reinterpretation of the iconic pattern of Blue Fluted Plain, Blue Fluted Mega captivates with graphic and magnified sections of the original mussel-painted pattern. Since its creation in 2000, Blue Fluted Mega has grown to become a true, new classic in Danish design. The eye-catching collection is beautiful on its own or in combination with the Limited Edition collection Mega Rose or any other Royal Copenhagen dinner service.

Based on drawings from the late 19th century originating from the Vista Alegre Museum collection, the pieces in this collection merge Vista Alegre's past with the present. Inspired by both the charm and the dichotomy between opposing natures, the Duality collection portrays the dialectic between reason and emotion, control and explosion, sobriety and excess. On the main faces of its pieces, classic elements prevail, in white, subtly arranged in a delicate harmony. On the other side, lush flowers burst out, seeking to invade the peace and destabilize the regularity, in a swirl of colors and romantic motifs.

The classic pattern made its debut on porcelain in 1961, on the oven-proof Danild range. Back then, it was applied to porcelain as a pattern. In tribute to the classic pattern, it has had new life breathed into it, now a relief. This can be seen in the elegant cup with a handle, handmade in white porcelain.

Resonance, designed by Carsten Gollnick, goes beyond the boundaries of conventional design and tabletop décor, inviting chefs and restaurants to explore a variety of stoneware and porcelain combinations. This innovative blend of shapes, finishes, and materials promises to enhance every plating and culinary experience, bringing the guests’ experience to new levels of sophistication.

The rich Venetian façades are a true showcase of history and mysticism, from the largest decorative elements to the tiniest details. In this respect, Cannaregio is a particularly special sestiere (neighborhood), often neglected by the superficial gaze of tourists. This collection finds inspiration in the neighborhood’s palaces, churches, and bridges, merging an imagination populated by esotericism and classical mythology with floral and vegetable motifs, many of them recuperated from Vista Alegre’s esthetic heritage. A bold line, made of intense contrasts, which establishes a romantic relationship between the past and modernity.

A deep plate with a size that fits most purposes. The graceful decoration of the collection emphasizes the delicate form and craftsmanship of each piece.
