Maybe it's the handblown creation of the crystal glasses in general, but the two sent by you are slightly shorter, lighter weight and the blue teardrop less prominent than the others I already owned. The purchase was to replace a glass I had broken. But, I could not pair either of the two glasses you sent with those in my glass cabinet. They did not look as substantial. Mouth-blown by skilled glassblowers to create a hollow-stemmed flute. Layers of coloured and clear glass are gathered and shaped before blowing into the mould. The disc foot is shaped by hand using a wooden tool and applied to the stem. The fine rim is fire polished to achieve a smooth finish. An iridescent lustre is applied by hand while the glass is still hot.

The glasses I was sent were not the color I requested and depicted on the page and much smaller than met my needs. I requested a return which was granted however I was charged a 14.00 return shipping charge for an item that was shipped incorrectly (color) by the company. Very disappointing experience.. Barbara.
