The product is very stylish and practical. The fast delivery of the product was also very pleasing. It arrived in perfect condition. I didn’t notice any problems.

This is one of the worst mugs I own. I generally use a Japanese brand but I thought to give this famous Zwilling brand a try. What a mistake. It doe not keep temperature as long as the other mugs I have. The locking mechanism is a disaster in design. The mug flipped open in my purchase at least a dozen times soaking and ruining everything in the purse. I would NEVER buy this product again.

Liked them so much we bought 4 for the entire family ! Would recommend to everyone for keeping iced water more than 24 hours! Unbelievable!
