I can’t figure out how to use this bottle! There is no convenient hole to drink from or insert a straw and…all the instructions are in CHINESE ! I spent way too much money on a product I cannot use. Please do better next time you offer a product like this for sale

Good Size Take your favorite brew almost everywhere

I like Zwilling and have purchased many of their products, but this and another item I have bought lately are not meeting their expected design. It seems that they never test their own design; as a result, this was the worst travel mug I have ever used. The cap is very uncomfortable and not easy to use. The water hole is very tiny, so you don't experience the coldness of your drink, and the design does not allow you to use it for hot drinks. It is also so hard to assemble that it usually leaks. Travel mug is not Zwilling's specialty; I should not buy this. I am not recommending this item to anyone.

Perfect size, keeps coffee steaming hot for hours. Wish they also came in white, then you could have one for hot, one for cold! The one-handed flip top is brilliant.
