The glasses were not wrapped individually when received and one of the glasses is chipped at the base. What is the return policy please?

I was a little scared when I heard a little rattling in my boxes. But have no fear ..... the box were packaged within a box. The original manufacturers box inside is made specifically to hold the bottom of the glass in place with cardboard separation. NO damaged glasses. Now to style ... I LOVE the Pure line and purchased other styles. The line is classic yet updated. Not too modern, not old fashioned. A great way to update your glass selection especially when they were on sale. Recommend this brand for any glasses (crystal, dishwasher OK).
