Customers praise the product's unique and beautiful appearance, noting its elegant style and high-quality material. The plates are described as a statement piece, perfect for special occasions and everyday use, and are appreciated for their microwave and dishwasher-safe properties. However, some customers mention that the textured surface can cause noticeable cutlery noises during use and that scratches may appear after the first use.
