Absolutely beautiful quality and design, only reasons I didn't give it five stars: 1. Wish it was available in a little bit larger capacity for more coffee or tea! 2. Mug gets hot with hot coffee or tea, handle is fine and not hot. (I don't use microwave, even though you can) Never noticed this with other mugs.
