Weight matters in a rocks glass. The Natalia Double Old Fashioned has the heft you want under an ice cube, with a rounded profile that sits low and steady on a bar cart or a side table. Its etched pattern is cut into Italian glass, a clear, dense material that takes an etched line crisply, gives your hand something to hold and throws a little light around a dim room. Handmade in Italy, the glass is as comfortable with a neat pour as it is with a tall splash of soda, and it sits naturally beside the rest of the Natalia barware. It is good enough for the evening a bottle gets opened for a reason and sturdy enough for the one that does not. Keep a pair out for whiskey on a slow evening, or bring the full set forward when the room fills up.
