Inspired by unique metal sauce bowls used on formal tables during the colonial era, these covered sauce bowls are elegant in both function and form. The round bowl is cast and hand-finished with a polished sheen. A final of an exquisitely detailed female pheasant stands atop her nest on the lid adding a unique Vagabond House style as a figural handle. The bowl is sparely tooled in a classic style cast with a slight indent curve near the top and around the stacked ring base. The cover ensures that your sauce will stay fresh and the conductive properties of pewter ensure that a cool sauce will be cool and a warm one will stay warm for your entire meal.
