The plates were beautiful, as expected. However, I was shocked at how flimsy the packing was. I'm surprised that the dishes didn't break apart during shipping! The thin original boxes slipped all over inside the packing box, with little protection-mostly crunched paper bags that did virtually nothing to keep the plates safe.

Beautiful proportions and pattern. It is a warm medium brown that goes with a lot of colors and patterns.

Perfect! Love the traditional pattern and it pairs well with several different salad and soup bowls that I own.
