Was expecting something nicer given that it's Spode. The print (floral on the cup and leopard on the saucer) and gold handle have an odd, slightly rough texture, and the gold is not shiny but weirdly matte. It just doesn't look or feel as nice in person as you'd expect.

I adore this collection from Spode and was delighted to find this teacup in stock! Shipping was quick, and the product was well-packed.
