Outstanding

Love the cups, BUT whoever packed these breakable items for shipping should LOOSE THEIR JOB! My first shipment was ruined, shattered because there was absolutely no packing in the box with the cups! NONE! Every single cup was broken. And not surprisingly, the cups were packaged four to a box, much like a shoebox with the top that removes. These 2 boxes were placed in a large shipping box with no packing inside. The cups had absolutely no protection! When they arrived every single cup was out of its box and shattered. Wayfair obligingly replaced them, and I received the second set today. In the second set, once again, there was no packing at all. Two of those cups were broken. These cups were shipped out of the Perris, , CA. Warehouse. Someone in that warehouse, possibly a manager (?) needs to instruct those responsible for packing breakable items HOW TO PACK THEM. A 10-year-old would have known better. I will hesitate to order breakable items from Wayfair again. There were 2 cups broken in the last box I received so at least I have 4 cups NOW.

These are simply beautiful. I love the design and they look lovely in my coffee cabinet.

Excellent quality. A great gift for near and dears.
