Customers highly praise the product for its beautiful appearance, sleek design, and elegant style. The weight and balance of the flatware are frequently mentioned as positive attributes, contributing to a substantial and comfortable feel. Reviewers also commend the high quality and craftsmanship of the set. However, one customer noted a tarnished spoon after about a month of use, and another felt the contours were less striking than pictured.
