I was sent two boxes I only want one. Why do I have to pay to have the one box returned?

We loved the colors of the plate set but they all seemed to start cracking and breaking. Got them in January very disappointed. 3 plates have cracked.

It’s beautiful, my second set I love them so much. They look great with my cabinets granite. Add that pop of color my brown kitchen needed.

Purchased 2 sets and they're 2 different colors!! they also break INCREDIBLY easily!! BUYER BEWARE!!
