Do not order this item. Photo and specs state 8 cereal/soup bowls included, which is false. Instead I received 8 salad plates, which I don’t want. In chatting with FOUR different India/Pakistan CS people they issued me a refund of $42.00. I ordered 8 soup bowls at a cost of $96. Initially they wanted the whole dinnerware set returned, then asked several times for photos of the dinnerware set. Talked in person to ANOTHERPakistani/India person, which took awhile to explain all over again. Now my order states these bowls are backordered and will not be available until August. REALLY?? Thoroughly disgusted with Wayfair. They issued me another partial refund for the dinnerware set after I mentioned submitting a fraud claim. But I still don’t get the cereal bowls until August…maybe. Very poor customer service!!!

I LOVE this dinnerware! It's simple, elegant, and perfectly sized. I look forward to setting my table for many years with these beautiful pieces.

The design is beautiful and the dishes look elegant, but I was disappointed with the quality. Several pieces arrived with scratches and imperfections. The set is nice overall, but I expected better quality for the price. I hope quality control improves.

My dishes purchase was as they advertised, great! And the box with dishes came in two days without any damage! I thought I might have to sign for them, and I wasn’t home and FedEx left them on our covered porch. This was a very heavy box, even so they took great care with it. Upon opening the box I found my new dishes to be the perfect design and quality as the Mika’s Italian Countryside stoneware we got for our wedding gift 45 years ago. Thanks Wayfair!

I used to have a full set of this pattern several years ago, but attrition took it's toll. i got other set, but they broke more easily than these did. my husband finally convinced me to get this set again. after a glitch in my ordering & having to return another set, these came in perfect condition and i am so happy, as is my husband. ty wayfair for the prompt return policy on the wrong set & swift delivery of the correct set.
