Great OTR glasses; weight and volume. Working on perfecting my Old Fashioned!

We absolutely love the look and feel of these glasses. Unfortunately one of them cracked in the dishwasher within the first 6 months, and there is no warranty. They are supposed to be dishwasher safe according to the product description. I don’t see an option to purchase a single glass either. Disappointing.

The glasses are great but the packing leaves a lot to be desired. This package was a replacement for a previous shipment that had two broke glasses. These arrived with 2 broken glasses again. Evidently the packers think you can put them in a box with tons of room for the boxes to slide and move around. Will send them photos tomorrow.

They are pretty but in the first order one glass was broken. You were nice to replace that set, so thank you. In the replacement set, one glass has a very crooked top rim. No need for replacement but I thought you should know.
