Love them

This was a replacement set. The first order was never delivered because it was identified as damaged. I was notified a replacement would be sent. I received the replacement today and 2 of the 4 glasses were shattered and the item was marked as unavailable for refund or replacement. I contacted Customer Service and received extremely helpful service. I was given the option of a full refund or store credit. Due to the helpful agent I chose store credit. I would not continue to shop and buy from Wayfair had they refused to refund or replace the item. As for the 2 glasses, they are tall which is nice but they seem very fragile. I can see why both orders were damaged during shipping. The glasses were in a box and the only thing to keep them in place was cardboard with holes cut out for the top and bottom of the glasses to sit in. Nothing was around the glasses to keep them from moving around or banging into each other. Its crazy that no bubble wrap or foam was around the glasses and that 2 actually made it through shipping undamaged.

The glasses are exactly what I was looking for....tall and elegant. They are perfect!!!
