Love them, great quality!

I selected this as a gift on 11/12 and was informed it would be delivered 11/15, and had it shipped to the bride's address. The ordering & website was easy, the price was good, and the follow-up/tracking was good until the product arrived in Concord. Per the tracking link, it remained here for 4 days. I reached out to the "chat assistant" at least 5 times as was told I had to wait 4 or 5 days as that's when they update or some such explanations that I didn't understand. In frustration I called Wayfair on 11/22 and spoke to Candace. She was wonderful, explained it was "lost in transit" and she ordered a new shipment which arrived in time for Thanksgiving. So, overall great job, but the "chat" follow-up was not helpful and I wasted time checking and rechecking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful set, I use it in the dishwasher and it's still ok. They are heavy and feel elegant, but also comfortable to use. You can use it for special occasions, and it is very detailed. Is something you enjoy to see and functional, is a complete set.
