First package, one glass chipped, so wayfair sent me another package and same thing a chip in one of the glasses. Now I can't get a replacement or refund online so I waste my time to call customer service. Glasses are nice but I can't get a set of 6. So much of my time wasted because I have follow up. This is not the first time I get multiple damaged items for the same thing. Very frustrating.

These French pressed glass goblets are elegant and sturdy enough for everyday use. The pressed pattern is two sided: a flower- embellished heart on one side, flowers and vines on the other. The side seams are unobtrusive, and part of the charm of this type of glass. The goblet is large enough to hold a generous pour. They go through the dishwasher well. The set of six glasses are packed in LaRochere boxes with cardboard dividers. That box was shipped in a larger well-cushioned crate. One of my goblets arrived with a crack in it. The Wayfair service department responded promptly with a replacement. Great service, Wayfair!

Beautiful glasses, but there is a little seam up the side of the glass. It’s not a big deal. I do love the glasses.

The only reason I didn't give this product five stars is because one goblet arrived broken in half. It was poorly packaged. But beautiful goblets. La Rochere glasses are difficult to break. So very surprised one broke.
