Overall, these plates are great purchases, and I would recommend it. The design is very nice, and I particularly like the unconventional square shape, which looks fantastic against my round charger plates, adding a modern touch. While the plates are a bit heavier due to their ceramic material and feel somewhat brittle, they are dishwasher and microwave safe, BPA free, stackable, and scratch resistant, making them both stylish and practical.

These are terrific creamy white square dinner plates that have just enough curve to them that food on the plate doesn’t run off the edges. They go really nicely with the DV Salt and Spice square coupe salad plates. They look terrific together.

These plates are so elegant and yet very sturdy. The shape is a graceful square with soft round edges. They are so much prettier that I imagined and I'm so glad I got them. If you're weary of boring old round dinner plates, get yourself a dozen of these beauties. You are going to love them! Oh, and the finish is so glossy and bright too. Buy them!

These actually are more impressive in person. No real slope so the food won’t “roll” into itself and for picky eaters that’s perfect! Stack neatly and take up next to no room in the cupboard! We will be ordering more of these for our daughter’s Supper Club.

As a restaurateur of 25 years I appreciate good plateware. This is a solid porcelain plate, not too heavy, and I expect it will not chip easily. They came really well packaged and in perfect condition. Easily fits in the dishwasher. Pictured alone and with the 8.5 plate.
