I just received my Cuisinart serving trays and love them! I like the red for raw and black for cooked distinguishing colors. They aren’t heavy, but they aren’t flimsy either. To me they’re just right. I added a comparison picture next to one of my sheet panscookie sheet. It’s the same size, nice and roomy for food.

These are lovely trays for carrying meats to and from the grill. They clean easily and fit into the dishwasher nicely. they have shallow grooves which catch juices and the rim keeps them from spilling. I have bought several sets as great gifts!

Perfect!! I eat my steamed crabs on these. Rinse and put in dishwasher ….
