As I expected. The strainer is very useful to wash fruits and let them drain before serving! Definitely recommend it...

We are giving a Colander Fruit Bowl to each of our daughters' families as Christmas gifts. We had one when they were growing up (and still do) and we all loved having berries or grapes or cherries ... ripe figs ... or most anything from it. It sat next to the kitchen sink and was in constant use. Now they will have one for their children to grow up enjoying good food from. Love it !
