I like the quality of the platter but it was not "evenly" wrinkled. 1/3 of rim is almost flat comparing to another side that is very wrinkled. I will keep it because I like its quality

The tray is a perfect match to my modern kitchen. Its a perfect accent as well.

The Alessi Foix Round Tray has a very large, polished surface and makes any culinary presentation beautiful and hopefully even more delicious. The design is at the same time modern and classically conservative.
